Are there annual charges for renewal of the corporation or foundation? |

The annual charge is of US$300.00. The charge for the first year is included in the purchase price; however, effective from the second year, this tax shall be invoiced in each anniversary date subsequently. If you decide not to extend the life of your entity, all you have to do is to stop paying the annual fee. In such case, your corporation shall be removed from the Public Registry and the corporate name shall be available for new entities.
