What is included in the corporate package? |

Every Panamanian corporate package comes complete with articles of incorporation, resident agents, stock certificates (issued to the bearer or nominative), and a letter of resignation from the subscribers, letter of waiver from the subscribers, resignation letters from the directors and officers, certification from the Public Registry, power of attorney in your favor. For the foundations we include, the statutes of the foundation already registered, resident agents, letter of resignation from the Foundation Council, and a private protection document, certification from the Public Registry, and a power of attorney in your favor.
