If you wish to do business during your stay (visits to the Immigration Department, open bank accounts, etc.) you must wear slightly conservative clothing for the appointments. Please do not wear shorts, sandals, sleeveless shirts or faded textures, as they are not welcome. Besides, in the governmental offices you may be asked for checking if you are not well dressed.
